Despite me not ending up using this company, because they didn’t do the type of repair I needed, they were extremely helpful, giving me useful information and advice and taking time to explain things.

We were unable to assist with your repairs under insurance because the damage to your property was not due to an insured peril - meaning that an insurance claim would not have been successful.
