I thought it was very good and I was happy with the valuation that Matt gave us. He was my kind of person and did not irritate me like estate agents normally do! He gave off a good first impression of the company and was very knowledgeable about the property and the area. I can not think of anything that could be improved, he said it like it was which is just what I wanted.
