I have received a really good service. There is nothing in particular to improve on. We had Karen helping but then she went on holiday, which obviously that in itself is not a problem but this did mean that I was left without a point of contact. Claire then took over and within 48 hours everything was sorted. In the end it was a quick and easy process. Any questions I had were answered really quickly. I had a problem with my hot water and they sorted that out on the same day.
