Catherine quickly understood where we are as a business, where we want to go, and our set-up as co-directors who work in and on our business. We came away from coaching with Catherine reinvigorated with meaningful next steps, particularly in Sales and Marketing which we had been putting off. The steps felt achievable, we have put them in place, and we are already seeing the benefit. Through the quarterly business workshops, we have made incremental improvements and updates to the way we run our business. Catherine's up to date knowledge, soft skills and experience of running successful businesses have been impactful.
