Mark is such a good person. He helped my granny when i am out of my house. She accidentally closed the door of her room and the lock jammed by the inside of itself, so she informed me and i rushed there meanwhile i call abbeylocks and Mark was there. I gave him an understanding of the situation and when i reached my home he was already there and trying to repair the lock. Finally, the door unlocked thereafter he advised me to change the lock, he charged me a very reasonable amount but overall i liked his service.
