Westerly is 70 miles from our home and we have plenty of Mini dealers closer - we use them because of the outstanding customer service. We got our second Mini from them last week and would like to thank Gareth in Sales for working with us to make it happen.

Took my wife's Mini in during April for it's 3rd routine service under TLC package - car has done 12k miles.
I received a call about an hour later saying the front pads were in need of urgent replacement and would I like them doing, at a cost of £179, because it's MOT was due soon.
Later, received a text to say car was ready to collect.
When I arrived, car was not ready as had not yet been washed.
After waiting almost half an hour, I asked the service advisor what was happening. She said the man who did the washing had gone missing, with my key !
Anyway, a short time later I was reunited with both car and key.
When I arrived home I was very disappointed to note that some parts of the car had not been washed at all.
I emailed Westerly's Head of Business concerning these issues, who subsequently managed to mislay my email, as he was on leave !
Last month the car had it's MOT and there was no advisory about the front pads. Furthermore, last week I took the car to another garage for a puncture repair. I asked them also check the pads and was told that they were no more than 50% worn !!
Would not visit this Mini Exeter again even if you paid me.
In my experience, shoddy, unprofessional and unscrupulous.
Beware of getting any service work done unless you have concrete evidence that it is required.

The experience with Oscar is the best experience I have had so far from a Mini dealership. I have always been a Mini fan since 2013 and this time I had to drive all the way from London to see a Countryman as the Mini dealership in Southeast London seems not interested in my diesel Countryman which was only bought from them back in 2017.
The Mini dealership in Southeast London never mentioned to me at all about the ultra low emission zone when selling the diesel countryman to me. If I had been told then, I will never had purchase that diesel countryman as driving into London is a must for me on a weekly basis.
At Mini Yeovil, Oscar offered me not just a better value for my old vehicle but also gave me a great discount on the new vehicle. He has made the entire process smooth, fast, easy and comfortable as it only took me less than 45 minutes to go through the whole thing.
I will now recommend to all my friends and people who I know, if you want a Mini, TRY WESTERLY MINI YEOVIL!!!
Absolutely fantastic customer service. Polite, friendly and patient.
An hour and three quarters waiting for a new tyre, normally very good service but today it was dire, told it would take 30 minutes not kept informed, distinct lack of information, after one and a half hours told it wasn't done on site but was done elsewhere !!!!!! I could have saved time and taken it myself, I missed an appointment because of the delay !!!!!!
Absolutely top notch service as with BMW. at same location. Have no problem recommending these garages
