Not recommended. We used time for you as they seemed a genuinely caring company. Our cleaner was great for the first couple of weeks but then slacked off and didn't like to be directed as to where to clean. When she vacuumed up water and blew our house electrics and destroyed the circuit board on the vacuum, she tried to pretend she'd washed it after use. My teenagers were home and said the electrics had gone off twice as she vacuumed and they'd had to reset it for her. Time for you's handling of the situation was not great and their insurance company utterly useless and disinterested. Our vacuum was 2 years old and £240 and we have had nothing for it due to its 'second hand value' and the £100 excess. Needless to say we canceled asap!
