Unprofessional. Arrived at my house, signed a business agreement, bank details were taken. I was told a maximum of 2 weeks to find someone. I explained I worked shifts and was told it wasn't a problem. Waited 2 weeks , sent a text, got a reply saying the manager had found someone . I waited 4 weeks and tried contact again, texts and phone calls were ignored. On finally getting through on a friend's number, I was advised they couldn't help, even with a 6 month rota in advance. It's a shame professional courtesy went out the window, simply explaining they couldn't find someone would've saved me wasted time.. Highly unprofessional. Would avoid like the plague.
