Initially I found the sales team helpful and efficient in trying to assist me in purchasing a new Mini Countryman Cooper S. The senior sales associate said that there was a black model at another dealer which the would try and obtain. This was apparently sold and could not be secured.
The senior sales associate promised a phone call before leaving work but it never materialised. Frustrated I phone the brand manager who confirmed that the black mini had been sold but a similar model in thunder grey was potentially available from another dealer. I only found out this was not available by calling the gentleman yesterday who advised that another member of staff had left a message on my phone but, this has not been left or received.
Having previously left a positive feedback I am totally frustrated and annoyed at the service received as I had been a customer for the last 12 years or so buying my last two BMW's from Westerly. I have every reason to be upset and I will now find a car through a dealership who values customer service.
