A really easy process. I would strongly recommend!
The service was really poor. The email address for help was incorrect, it was virtually impossible to speak to anyone on the phone and when my DBS came through my name was spelled incorrectly. It was also an expensive service. I wouldn’t use it again.
I had some issues initially with getting a hard copy certificate to share with Solicitors who engage my services but, your company were very helpful in getting this sorted for me.
Easy to fill in. Only problem came when submitted form and was supposed to be directed to payment page ,when it shut me out instead. Two or three days later though received an email with a link to paying to complete the process. Panic over!

Very quick service and communication
A good service, very helpful staff. Although when I needed to resend something the person working on my DBS did not see the information come through initially and re-requested it which added another 3 days to the process. I could have done with guidance for situations where a sole principal of an organisation is seeking DBS, who within that organisation can authorise them.
It was really strainghtforward and easy to follow instructions. I received My DBS check really quickly. I definitely recommend.
It starts off OK.... I had to send and resend the documents a few times. There's a tight timescale to resend them in otherwise they keep some of your money and you need to start again, and pay in full again.
Over two months on and I still haven't had my dbs back. Nor any updates

Efficient service with a very quick response to queries. Perhaps would be good to clarify up front, that mobile phone bills can not be used to used to confirm a home address only water, gas etc. are suitable.
My experience with online DBS was excellent! Also by other communications letters,phone manners and call back system, more than five star. Iam very Pleased.
Poor quality of proffesionalism, had to fill out application numerous times for re-submission due to EUROCOMs clerical mistakes on the production of the certificate. Despite notifying then 4 times, there is a print error but they would not investigate it clearly. They opened and closed the invideng by resolving it the same day without even 24hours spent to realise someone in their clerical department is making errors.
