Ovenu were extremely helpful, putting me in touch with a highly proficient technician, Andy, who contacted me promptly to organise an appointment. He did an absolutely amazing job, transforming our rather old and very grimy Britannia range into a gleaming new model. He very helpfully drew my attention to a few parts that he thought might need replacing, and left the kitchen - and the oven - in an immaculate state. He was very professional, polite and friendly. I recommend him highly.
