Paul from Norwich cleaned our cooker this afternoon at very short notice. His response to our initial enquiry was within an hour. He was punctual, polite and worked tirelessly to revive our cooker. It looks like a new appliance. Fabulous! I couldn't of ask for anything more and would highly recommend Paul and OVENU. Superb customer service. Many thanks.
