I am a73 year old pensioner and I made sure that netbet had the documents required and they verified my account and said it is in good standing, I then made a £50 deposit and lost, then I did a £100 deposit and won £650 this was on the 30/03/19, the withdrawal remained pending for days and kept giving me an option to reverse it and there was no contact from netbet on the 04/04/19 i chased them up as I was sick of the wait and the constant message asking if I wanted to reverse the withdrawal, I found it strange why it took so long to pay out a Skrill withdrawal when the account was said to be in good standing before I made the deposit and withdrawal, I got a message this morning 05.04.19 saying: Hello Diane,We hope this email finds you well.Please note that we are also required to get in contact with you via phone before your withdrawal is validated, meaning that you will be called by one of our agents either today or during next week.Should you have any further questions, please do not hesitate to contact us.Best regards,LawrenceNetbet Customer ServiceI cannot understand why they do not just pay me out I am a pensioner with a small budget and on the understanding that my account was in good standing I deposited and won now they are delaying my payout and feedback shows they are very hard to get on the phone this is really terrible !
