Absolutely shocking customer service provided by Miller Metcalfe! Would not recommend to anyone! Initially the information they provided about the fees for their property was false! Myself and my partner were stung with hidden fees which we were utterly shocked about. Following this I explained how unfair and unprofessional it was to do such a thing. The team offered a refund back in April and it’s now the end of June - still nothing! Rude, unprofessional and would not recommend!
