I have dealt with this branch over the past few years, selling, buying and renting out. Every experience I've had with them has been second to none. Karen is simply brilliant, her customer service and knowledge on the sale progression makes a stressful process that little bit easier. The lettings side is run by Amy, who happily went the extra mile to ensure she let my two houses. She's always friendly which makes a difference compared to what I've experienced in the past from other agents to the point where the tenants even made the same comment to me.
