Damon was really pleasant to speak with on the phone, he was very flexible with coming out at a time that was convenient for me (I called him to rearrange and he was more than happy to accommodate). He was professional and friendly and managed to open the door without having to break the lock and he did so with ease. He went one step further to change the locking mechanism so that I wouldn’t find myself being locked out again. He was very friendly and professional throughout.
