My front door lock shattered yesterday evening. I was unable to close or lock the door. I contacted Chris who came within a hour and secured the door for the night. Today Chris sourced a part for the lock and fitted it but also rebalanced the door. As a result the door closes properly and the lock fits better than before. I'm absolutely delighted and would recommend Chris
