The changes to your system are not straightforward and were not communicated well. For example, the changes to the way we can pay for a check are not convenient for our school and the requirement for 3 pieces of ID had not been advised in advance of the change. I have needed to have several email conversations with your support team who have been very helpful but all the changes have been very time consuming.
