Enquiries and problems are always dealt with promptly, staff are friendly and efficient. We had a rapid change of tenants recently which they managed very well, we also had a number of plumbing issues - mostly repair and maintenance - which were dealt with by consultation and performed by their regular contractor to a good standard. We were furnished with pictures afterwards to show that the work had been well done - all very satisfactory.
