I have been a tenant of Cooke & co,s for over 10 years. In that time I have had dealings with all there staff. What is good is they domt seem to change. I am always addressed by my name which is nice. When I had a problem with my job I went in to see Kirsty Pickering. She was firm but fair and told me I must sort out the rent as a priority.
