I paid a £25 agency fee and £24 for two hours cleaning when I moved out of my property, I had cleaned upstairs, the kitchen internals and doors, point he, end panels, and the fridge, i have a built under self cleaning oven and induction hob which I cleaned myself, all that was left was the floor and skirting boards downstairs. New people arrived a week later and phoned as there were areas of the skirting which were filthy, and the kitchen sides were dirty. Considering I had left so little to do in 2 hours I felt this was unacceptable, however, when I complained I was told as it was a week since the clean my complaint would not be upheld. There WAS hot water available at the property, no one lived at the property for a week so there was no way any mess had been created after the cleaning. I would have done a better job myself, do not waste your money on this company. And the only other review for this company is from the lady who undertook the cleaning, she works for them so would give a 5 star review!
