My very first impression of Lauren was positive. She demonstrated how capable, confident and organised she was quickly and explained what type of service I could get from Bradleys. This first impression proved to be correct and I've had a very good experience with the sale of my late mother's house. She explained the marketing strategy she would use which proved to be very successful and she kept me fully up to date on developments. Karen kept me up to date on the details during the sale which was also reassuring
