Originally viewed and put in an offer for house next door. We lost out but Ben showed us around an identical property. Put in an offer and under the guidance of Lisa this was accepted. Now with contracts exchanged we move in in a fortnight. Lisa has kept us up to date and we have been suitably impressed. Looking forward to being East Devon residents wellinto our dotage
