Anna is lovely. She is so willing and flexible and nothing is too much trouble. She is able to use her initiative when necessary and is friendly but efficient and works every minute of her time. I would have no hesitation in leaving her in the house if I had to go out. I thought at first it might feel a bit awkward being there while a cleaner is working but it's fine.
