Michelle has been a brilliant cleaner for us, really thorough and just got on with things. My previous cleaner refused to do the tops of cupboards, but for Michelle, it was no problem at all, which is a great help to us because we are both seniors. We trusted her absolutely, completely when no one was at home, we couldn't fault her at all, thank you
