I had a dilemma regarding my car keys whilst shopping at Tescos. I obviously panicked alot and Dean calmed me down and helped me out. In the end I found the blade to the key and Dean glued it together for me free of charge. He then would not receive a tip and suggested donating the charity box if I felt obligated. He is an absolute credit to your store. What a true gentleman !
