I brought my Valentino heels to you and I’ve just got them back and I could honestly cry. They are only 4 months old and now completely unwearable. The new sole of the shoe you fitted isn’t even close to the same colour as the bottom of the shoe, there is glue everywhere and the new heel is way too big for the shoe. As I got these as a 21st birthday present I’m gutted.
