I had a repair to the shoes I was wearing, part of the shoe needed gluing back in place. The woman (sorry I can't remember her name) was brilliant and glued it back in place in seconds. There was no charge so I put some money in the box. She was quick efficient, professional and friendly. I know she has been working for Timpsons for many years including in the Rochdale shop in The Walk and this is just the last of numerous occasions where she has been do very helpful.
