I am sad to say I don’t know the ladies name, I forgot to ask as I had a meeting I thought was an hour later than it was! The service was amazing, did what was promised and with a real smile and warmth. Really excellent customer empathy, felt like I had known her years. I would employ her in my business any day of the week. What a star!
