Dear Timpsons, I have to tell you about how helpful the man at Timpsons Tesco Rochdale was yesterday. Previously, I had two keys cut for a Euro cylinder lock cut at the Oldham Town Square Centre. However, after having them re-cut at Oldham a second time, I still did not have keys that worked. So I went to Timpsons Tesco Rochdale when the man cut two keys on one type of key blank and a further two keys on an alternative key blank. I did show him my previous receipt and offered to pay for the new keys, which he would not accept. I think he was just happy that my problem was solved. And needless to say, all four new keys work in the lock. He restored my faith in Timpsons and was a good ambassador for your company. I will be using you again for my keys and shoes repairs, but at the Rochdale branch.
