I went into your shop in Tesco's Macclesfield to get the battery changed, the first visit no problems, but ,got watch home and it went blank.this happened twice more.after a call to customer services I was put on to Rob the store manahger,told him my problem and he kept it over night, just got it back and i don't know what he did, but it is now working. All tje staff i had contact with were very helpful.
