I went to your store on Friday. My casual shoes needed to be glued. When I returned to pick-up the shoes your 'shop colleague' said that there was no charge for the glue. So I offered GRAHAM some money in lieu of the work that he had done. He still said that there was no charge. Throughout my visit to your store he made the whole experience very enjoyable. You are a 'good egg Timpson' giving people a second chance.
