What a class act John is at Knutsford! He took my favourite pair of wonky boots and repaired them as good as new. He advised me beforehand he wasn't sure they were salvageable yet took them in and did a sterling job. On top of that he sorted out a problem with a dodgy key for me. So nice to chat too - a real credit to your excellent company!
