Amanda came to my house and told me that her company is nationwide and she has reliable , honest , vetted cleaners and if I am not happy with a cleaner she will easily change her. The first cleaner came . I was not happy with her work so asked Amanda to change her. She sent another cleaner whose cleaning was very poor in standard , left all the corners untouched, very poor bathroom cleaning as well. For next week Amanda said she hasent got anyone for me . Then it took her 2 weeks to send 2 sisters to me who came for 2 minutes and lied to me that they will be back in 5 minutes and ran away . I waited for them for 45 minutes but then realised that they have lied to me and run off. Amanda doesn't have any regular cleaners . She gets highly unreliable ladies as someone signs a contract with her . They disappear after coming once . She does not give refund for the company fee and you are stuck with no cleaner . She takes the fee from people and then makes all sort of false excuses about the cleaners not being available including that she is interviewing new people , then she would say something else but would t provide you with a cleaner. So please don't throw your money by signing a contract with her .Thats all what she is interested in. She is highly unprofessional and dishonest .
