We were looking for a cleaner for our elderly mum. We were obviously very concerned about putting a stranger into our mums home, but, Lorraine was very helpful and compassionate. Following initial telephone conversation Lorraine sent an email outlining charging structure and cleaning services provided by Time for You and followed this up with a phone call to ensure we were happy with the information provided before proceeding. At no time was she pushy, she made it very clear that it was important to her that the right cleaner was put in place for mum. We had no need to worry, mum's cleaner has been with her for one month. She's great, very respective to mum, does a super clean and leaves the home sparkling. Thank you Lorraine for all your help. Having a cleaner for mum has taken so much pressure off the family!!
