Really disappointed by the service provided. Sue was very responsive initially, came over to our flat, talked us through everything. As soon as they have your bank details and the quarterly direct debit setup, poor response. The first cleaner they matched us with didn't turn up, twice. The replacement cleaner was ok, but not great - I often had to redo certain areas. Time for you had also told the cleaner the wrong hourly rate which led to an awkward conversation when she thought I'd underpaid her. Decided to cancel after 2 months as it wasn't worth the money. Paying Time for You nearly £100 a quarter (not really sure what they do for this), on top of the hourly rate to the cleaner every other week, it was just too expensive. But we had signed up to a 3 month commitment, which I was happy to honour. And so I was expecting to have another 2 cleans, but I was emailed to say it would cancel early (no mention of a refund for the missed cleans). I emailed and called but had no response. So I've written it off and put it down to a bad experience. Definitely would NOT recommend.

Reply: Hi Rebecca, I am saddened to read this review as all of our clients are important to us, and I do not like to feel like we have let you down at all. I would like to clarify your main points if I may? I have looked into your account it would appear that your emails were redirected into our spam folder for some reason, we aim to respond to all enquiries as soon as possible. I know that we spoke at length regarding the issues with the standard of cleaning and your feedback was given to the cleaner involved. I also advised you that we would of course offer you a replacement cleaner if you were not completely happy. I believed that the situation had been resolved, as we did ask you to let us know if it continued. I did not hear anything back from you, a learning curve from our perspective but, we do ask for, and need any issues to be reported to us in order for us to endeavour to resolve them. The confusion regarding the cleaner payment was settled at our own expense with the cleaner (although the payments were explained thoroughly in the original email sent to you on enquiry and, again up on sign up). We will of course refund you the money for the service that you did not receive, and I have sent you an email regarding this. I wish you all the best in the future and I am extremely sorry that you have not had the Time For You experience we want for all our clients. left 2020-02-22T15:27:52.773
