I have been extremely impressed by Sam who manages the business, and his professionalism and friendliness; he clearly cares for the cleaners and his customers. I have found him always available and responsive to requests. Sam sets very high standards and it is a total joy to have been introduced to Lucy who looks after my unusual, and often chaotic house! Lucy is without doubt the most outstanding cleaner I have ever had, and is clearly passionate about her job. I have never seen my house sparkle as much, and be as organised as she has made it. She is bubbly, warm, highly proud of her profession, deeply committed to her clients, and casts her magic spell to transform every room, every time she visits. I am so lucky and extremely grateful to both Sam and Lucy for making such an enormous positive contribution to my life. Thank you and will continue to recommend. LN1, Welton, Lincoln
