It was lovely to meet you yesterday Sam and everything you arranged for me today went very smoothly, thank you so much. Barbara arrived on time at 9.00 this morning and did a really deep clean of the bathrooms and kitchen area. Although my home appears tidy and fairly clean on the surface once you begin looking you can see that there is a lot of dust on the surfaces and in nooks and crannies. Barbara did a wonderful job of giving my bathroom a really thorough clean, targeting all of those out of sight dust traps. Please would you pass on my very grateful thanks to her for coming and cleaning my home today, particularly at such short notice. I am so grateful to you for all your help, thank you. LN6
