Hi Magda , Sorry I missed your call last week. You asked for feedback about how things are going with Agnes. We're still very happy! Agnes gets through a lot in her 3 hours, and always cleans to a very high standard. She also accommodates any requests I make to do extra things, like cleaning the conservatory or inside the oven. She keeps in touch by text, and always lets me know if she needs to cancel or rearrange - although that hardly ever happens. We're using some banked hours for extra cleans until Christmas, and Agnes has been very flexible in arranging mutually convenient days and times. We really appreciate having a great, reliable cleaner and it's making a big difference to our lives. I hope Agnes is happy with the arrangement, too. Kind regards Rachael
