Sean was nice at the initial meet and greet, gave me hope and confidence. When my cleaner arrived she clearly had never cleaned in her life, was very poor and cleaned the kitchen counters with baby wipes!! I gave her one more chance, but decided to request a different cleaner. I was ignored time and time again by sean. Eventually he said there was a new cleaner for me, no word after that and no sign of a new cleaner. TERRIBLE customer service. TERRIBLE communication.
