It took awhile in the beginning to find a cleaner who stayed with us for longer than a few weeks due to unforeseen circumstances, but Serena was quick to help us source a replacement. Plamena has now been cleaning for us for a few months and we are very happy with her standard of work as well as professionalism and flexibility if we need to rearrange a clean.
