Ordering was straight forward, got my order confirmation immediately. The following day I received another email to say there was a 24hr delivery delay and I would recieve a update once my order had been processed with tracking info. I had ordered a ring which needed to be sized and it had stated could take 20 working days for delivery. 10 working days later I emailed sales to ask what was happening as I hadn't heard any more. A reply came an hour later saying it had been shipped, and ready for collection with tracking info. My order had been waiting collection at my local post office for 9 days!. The ring I ordered is gorgeous, but lack of communication and tracking info for high valued items has put me off using this service again sadly.
