I purchased a new watch here yesterday and I’m not only very happy with the watch but all with the customer service. While me and my girlfriend was browsing the store we was approached by a very welcoming and knowledgeable staff member called Santiago. After discussions about the watch I was after, we then tried on a few Tissot watches and fell in love with one. But since it was expensive and also my first watch, he said he would be disappointed if I bought it there and then and that I should think about it, which we did. After going back yesterday he instantly recognised us new exactly the watch I was after, he even told me that other customers was interested in the watch told them it’s not for sale as he knew I’d be back for it. Santiago was very welcoming, friendly, knowledgable and not pushy to buy something in the slightest. If you visit this store, ask for Santiago (No disrespect to any of the other staff but I had such very good customer service from Santiago)
