Sadie at Brighton - excellent customer service by Sadie at T.H. Baker, her product knowledge was excellent. With 2 days before my husbands big birthday I didn’t think I would find a watch in time but Sadie found exactly what I wanted and had the watch sent from another branch. Have been in to other local watch shops and have not found the same level of customer service or product knowledge so will definitely recommend to others and will be back when it’s my turn for a new watch ,
