I am writing to say that Daniel in the Alton shop provided an exceptional level of customer service to me in August 2019. I consider that he went ‘above and beyond’ to arrange the execution of a bespoke piece of jewellery within a fairly short timescale. The piece of jewellery required was a necklace 16” long comprising a gold chain with a centre of 7 graduated very small white pearls for my son’s fiancée to wear on their wedding day in 3 weeks’ time. Having searched extensively for such a necklace without success I called into Alton where I was met by Daniel who was enthusiastic about the project and confident that he could help. Daniel co-ordinated the supply of the most perfect tiny graduated pearls and the making of the necklace which was ready for collection on time. I was very pleased with the completed necklace and more importantly my daughter-in-law loved it and wore it on her wedding day as planned and received many compliments about it so very well done, Daniel at Alton!
