We needed a gold signet ring for our son's 18th birthday. With time running out, the staff helped us to choose the right one. Then we had to get it engraved which meant extra time. The staff could not have been more pleasant and helpful in making sure we got the right ring, engraved and back in time to celebrate our son's birthday.
