Disgraceful! Took in a pair of curtains that had a tea stain on. I picked them up and nothing was said, I got home to discover the stain clearly visible as if they hadn't been washed at all. I go the following at 0830 as according to the website that's what time they open. I am still sat in the car at 0900.
