Took my sofa covers and cushion covers to be washed as couldn't fit them in my machine. Was told they would be ready in 4 days and wanted to charge me £88. Was told they would hace to go another shop. Got a voice mail later in the week saying the cushion covers were not done as they couldnot be tumble dried abd they had nowhere to hang them!! Really? Went to pick them up the following saturday to find nothing had been done to any of them and when the unapologetic lady phoned the other store she was told they hadn't even received them. Wasted two saturday mornings. No clean products and the woman at the shop couldn't even bring herself to apologise. Even asked her if it was policy to not apologise for poor service abd she just stated at me blankly. Will never use Sunlight again!!!! And neither should you. At least not this store.
