It has a very nice design and feeling; super soft! Very easy to clean and soo silent, you only think about it in the pulse mode because of the difference but it's still not loud. To me the vibrations are strong enough but I can imagine they're not very strong compared to some other vibrators. With some lube it's a very similar feeling to oral sex. I don't think the nose is very special, most of the vibrations are at the tip. But the feeling if you just hold it flat downs so the vibrations reall spread is something else... All in all; super happy with my choice!!
