Seth’s Estate agents has been our only choice for property for several years. We have worked closely in purchasing and rentals going back many years. Recently we had the pleasure working with Seth’s once again for the purchase and sale of our parent’s property. The service we received from Seth’s was truly outstanding. Iqbal Salaudin worked on the sale of our property. He knew from experience the type of potential buyers for our property and worked with our circumstances in mind. We had 15 viewings right away and around 2 weeks we received offers for the asking price. Amit Joshi worked on the purchase of our property. With our criteria in mind he found us the perfect property for my parents within our budget. Not only that, throughout the 3-4 months process Amit personally communicated every update, did a lot of the leg work dealing with outstanding enquiries professionally for both our sale and purchase of our properties, locating documents from third parties. He did his best to keep our buyer happy whilst we were waiting for the purchase to go through. He worked on our file and took my calls during out of office hours.
